Service Over Self

Hello friends. We just wanted to share a couple thoughts on how we operate our business and some insight on how we view our clients. Each client is unique and so is each removal. We have had the opportunity to meet so many great people since we opened up our doors in November of 2009. The plain fact that we provide a service that puts a smile on our clients face means a lot to us. We know these situations can be overwhelming a lot of the time. Especially when a loved one has passed and their possessions are left behind. Having to go through this process is probably one of the most difficult things a family has to do. It is has happened to both of us personally as well. Coming across old pictures, your favorite bowl Grandma had reserved for you every time you came over for a bowl of her famous chili, Dad's tools, and of course the couch that all the grand kids piled onto for the annual Christmas picture. This then strikes the question: "What do we do with all this stuff?" Most of the time we didn't have the answer. Now you do. You have the ability to allow the Remedy to happen. Nobody wants to see their loved one's possessions go to the trash. We will donate a lot of these items on your behalf so that you know they are going to a good home and being put to use. A lot of times charities will come through and pick certain items but there is still a ton of reusable goods left over. We can find a good home for them and that alone makes us feel pretty amazing every day.  We now would like to thank our clients for choosing us and implore those that haven't to check us out. We truly care about what happens to your belongings. Thanks again for taking the time to read this!!!

Our Best Wishes in 2011!!
